Merdeka!

I don't really celebrate Merdeka. But I try to teach my kid to love the country and the flag.
This year around, I spent almost 7 hours volunteering to arrange some activities for the children on 31 August.

We started with morning aerobic dance, followed by breakfast.



Other activities include Colouring contest for kids below 12, Drawing contest for below 17 and Fancy Dress Competition.

My daughter was supposed to participate in the Fancy Dress thingy... but unfortunately she was down with fever since the night before Merdeka. I felt sorry for her....may be next year, my dear. More foto at flickrs
